Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Scheduling:

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using project management software.
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure all project milestones are achieved on time.
• Monitor project progress and adjust schedules as necessary to meet project deadlines.

Engineering and Technical Support:

• Provide engineering expertise and technical support throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure all engineering activities comply with industry standards and regulations.
• Review and approve technical documentation, including designs, drawings, and specifications.

Resource Management:

• Plan and allocate resources efficiently to meet project requirements.
• Collaborate with procurement teams to ensure timely availability of materials and equipment.
• Manage and supervise subcontractors and suppliers.

Risk Management:

• Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Conduct regular risk assessments and updаtеrisk management plans as needed.

Budget and Cost Control:

• Prepare and manage project budgets, AFE’s, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
• Track project expenditures and implement cost-saving measures.
• Report on financial performance of various contractors and forecast future costs.

Quality Assurance:

• Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure project deliverables meet the required standards.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to verify compliance with quality requirements.

Communication and Reporting:

• Maintain clear and effective communication with project stakeholders, including contractors, and team members.
• Prepare and present project status reports to senior management.
• Document all project activities and maintain comprehensive project records.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Process, or related field).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project engineering/planning within the oil and gas industry.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project).
• Strong understanding of project management principles and practices.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English and Russian; knowledge of Uzbek is an advantage.
• Professional certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).
• Experience working in remote locations and challenging environments.
• Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations.

• Full time; Working time: 08:00-20:00
• Rotation with 28/28 days on/off rotation with a back-to-back position.
• Work is primarily conducted on-site at the Kumli and Urtakum gas fields.
• Annual leave: 29 calendar days.
